CAPSU BIO is a completely biodegradable formula, safe for the operator, animals and plants. It was designed taking into account the most recent environmental legislation (December 2015). It is an aqueous solution, which does not add volatile organic compounds (VOC) to an emission source, nor does it cause atmospheric pollution problems, an issue that is particularly important when applied in areas adjacent to residential areas. The fact that it is presented in the form of a concentrated aqueous solution allows it to be quickly and easily diluted on site, reducing costs when handling volumes or treatment areas limit the use of liquid products.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The neutralization of bad odors offers an economical alternative to other processes. The product combines an irreversible connection with the agents responsible for bad odors, at the molecular level, and a change in the conformation/structure of these agents, making them unrecognizable to human olfactory receptors. Thus, on the one hand, the product has a wide spectrum of action, interacting with a large number of undesirable odoriferous molecules, on the other hand, the interactions it establishes are irreversible, that is, effects such as an increase in temperature and changes in pH or ionic strength. local, do not reverse its action, with the consequent regeneration of the bad odor to the atmosphere.
This chemical interaction/bonding is different from that resulting from the use of a perfume that works by odor superimposition. In this case, experience shows that both the concentrations of the new odoriferous molecules and the combination that sometimes results, saturate the environments and give unpleasant sensations to the users of the spaces who classify the final result as “cloying”.
The characteristic odor of CAPSU BIO is not very pronounced and although the olfactory perception of this aroma is “pleasant”, CAPSU BIO is not a perfume.

CAPSU BIO'S UNIQUE FEATURES
In addition to sequestering and odor modification molecules, CAPSU BIO also contains an enzymatic system. This functionality allows a partial or total degradation of volatile compounds when present in an aqueous medium that comes into contact with the product.
Enzymatic degradation is one of the most efficient processes existing in Nature for the destruction of organic compounds, including molecules responsible for bad odors. The enzymes are expressed depending on the type of compounds that are found in the aqueous media where CAPSU BIO is applied, which proves to be an advantage in industries with closed production circuits (for example, closed water circuits for washing parts).

The possibility of neutralizing molecules responsible for unpleasant odors, through enzymatic degradation, allows these substances to be decomposed into simpler molecules, such as carbon dioxide and water, which are harmless to the environment.

There is similarity of the first version, the CAPSU BIO, it can be
diluted, immediately before use. In smaller areas, three main application sites can be considered, Tab.1.

In WWTP
Establish a perimeter close to the surface of the water in the aeration or anaerobic digestion tanks, through piping, spacing diffusers or nebulisers 1 to 2 meters apart. Pressurize a tank with a 1:20 dilution of CAPSU BIO and start spraying the area every 10 to 15 minutes and for a minimum period of 1 minute.

In Sanitary Landfills
Establish a perimeter around the target locations for controlling bad odors, using piping, spacing diffusers or nebulisers 2 to 5 meters apart. Pressurize a tank with a 1:35 dilution of CAPSU BIO and start spraying the area every 10 to 15 minutes and for a minimum period of 1 minute.
In Rolling Stock of MSW collection
Dilute 1 liter of CAPSU BIO in 20 liters of water and spray the interior of the MSW collection vehicles, using a pressure machine. This operation can be carried out individually or in addition to the washing operations. The use of products with active chlorine is not recommended.

In Composting Stations
Check the possibility of installing humidification/nebulization systems on site, placing the dispersers in a diametrically opposite position along the entire length of the composting tunnels. Dilute 1 liter of CAPSU BIO in 15 liters of water and spray through the circuit for periods of 1 to 2 minutes at intervals of 10 to 15 minutes. The frequency and time of spraying is dependent on the ambient temperature.

In chemical and petrochemical industries
Proceed according to the type of odor, concentration and configuration on site. In these cases, it is necessary to carry out a prior survey of local conditions and the possibility of installing systems.


In Vehicles for the Transport of Perishable Goods
There are several situations in which a breakdown in refrigeration systems leads to the loss of goods in means of road transport. In many cases, the rotting of perishable goods causes further complications, generating persistent bad odors inside vehicles and containers. In these situations and after removing all material in degradation and washing the surfaces, CAPSU BIO is applied pure or diluted up to 1:10 in water, by spraying on all surfaces and letting the product act for periods of no less than 5 hours. . In the event that there has been formation of liquid runoff in the putrefaction process, the product must be applied in such a way that it remains in the same places where it was deposited.
