Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) are the amount of Oxygen that matter needs to degrade itself.
This parameter indicates the degree of wastewater contamination.
The higher the level of BOD and COD, the greater the contamination of the water in its tributaries.

WHY SHOULD I COOPERATE WITH THE ENVIRONMENT?

The Ministry of the Environment has a strict control plan to avoid contamination of wastewater. Control is increasingly strict and fines or closure of facilities are the most common outcome.
Avoid the surprises, if they haven't visited it yet, it doesn't mean they won't.

PROBLEMS WITH FAT BOXES

Bad smells:
Caused by the decomposition of organic matter in the grease layer of grease traps and drainage lines.
Blockages:
Caused by inappropriate discharge and excess organic waste.
Oil, grease and food residues clog pipes and grease traps, resulting in mechanical cleaning and interruption of activities.
